Knife-wielding Arc de Triomphe attacker dies after being shot by Paris police
A man who on Friday attempted to stab a French officer during a ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe monument in central Paris has died from his injuries after being shot by police. The suspect was released from prison in December after having served a 12-year sentence for terror-related charges.
