When Is A Rapist Not A Sex Offender?

So, after a few days, Judge Brooks called court back into session, and changed her mind.  The convicted sex offender will not be required to register as a sex offender.  She gave no explanation – but we all know why.  It’s best to not draw the wrath of the LGBTQ community – call it the Masterpiece Bakery lesson.  Their threats are way scarier than having an unrepentant, and unregistered sex offender, moving freely among underage girls.

When Is A Rapist Not A Sex Offender?

In Loudoun County VA, the school system has a policy that allows children to use the bathroom of their gender choice.  As a result of that misguided policy, a transexual girl (that would be a boy that says he’s a girl) raped a cisgender girl (that would be a girl that knows she’s a girl) in the bathroom.  The school took immediate action.  It transferred him to another school – where he assaulted another girl.

The school system tried to cover the whole mess up.  They didn’t call the police or report the assaults as required by law.  They just acted like nothing happened.  When the father of one of the rape victims showed up at a school board meeting to protest their transgender policy, they had him arrested.  That drew national attention and the coverup collapsed.  Having run out of places to hide him, the alleged rapist was finally arrested and indicted.

Last month, he was found guilty on all charges by Judge Pamela Brooks.  In addition to incarceration in a juvenile detention facility (until he is 18), the judge ordered that he register as a sex offender. She found his psychological/sexual profile to be very disturbing.

But in our woke society it couldn’t end there – narratives being important and all.

When is a sex offender not a sex offender?  When he sits at just the right spot on the intersectionality Venn diagram.  He’s not a sex offender when he occupies that strange spot where the “female” circle overlaps the “male” circle.  It’s an intersection that never occurs in humans – except in rare cases of genetic mutation.  But the left has declared that sex is a matter of choice, so therefore it will be – until the absurdity of it all causes the whole narrative to collapse.

So again, when is a rapist not a sex offender?  When the left informs us that he (or she, or whatever) is really a misunderstood young man (or young woman, or whatever).  The judge may have been frightened into changing her decision.  But, the rest of us are just ticked off at all of this nonsense.
