What Is Joe Biden Hiding In Secret Files? Court Ruling Gets Us One Step Closer To Finding Out
Probably all of the above. And now there’s likely one more reason: To figure out how to hide sensitive documents whose details this country deserves to know about. Thanks to Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton, we are one step closer to learning about the truth.
Joe Biden spends a lot of time in Delaware. Is he getting medical attention to keep him from falling asleep every five minutes? Is he getting treatments so he can manage to give a State of the Union address without mumbling into unstoppable incoherence? Is he avoiding the populace’s anger over his America-ruining policies?
Probably all of the above. And now there’s likely one more reason: To figure out how to hide sensitive documents whose details this country deserves to know about. Thanks to Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton, we are one step closer to learning about the truth.
According to a recent tweet by Fitton from his Judicial Watch account, we now know that:
“Biden has a secret deal to keep every single one of his Senate records from the American people (including communications with Putin!).”

In short, Biden has been enjoying the immense privilege of privacy for some time. A sweetheart arrangement was made between him and the University of Delaware that enabled them to keep troves of documents under wraps until such a time that certain conditions had been met. Based on some recent rulings, hopefully this information will come to light whether or not conditions exist at all.
Wayne Dupree had more to say about the files detailing decades of work and communication while Biden was in the Senate:
“The files were donated to the university in 2012 and likely cover Biden’s 36-year career in the Senate. Under an agreement with the former vice president, the University of Delaware has said it will not release the record until two years after Biden retires from public life.
Judicial Watch reports that the Delaware Supreme Court ruled yesterday that the University of Delaware must provide more information justifying its decision to keep secret its deal to house and restrict access to the U.S. Senate records of President Joe Biden. The Delaware Supreme Court reversed the Delaware Superior Court and found that the University of Delaware had not carried its burden justifying its refusal to produce records. The case returns to the Delaware Superior Court for further proceedings.”
Despite the extensive corrupt and outright illegal things found in coke-addicted, failed-son Hunter Biden’s laptop, very little attention has been given to Biden and even less justice has been served to him personally or any number of his associates.
Would this time be different? As continued in the Wayne Dupree article, some really big – and brushed-under-the-rug material – would have to be exposed. Among those allegations are the claims made by one of Biden’s former aides:
“Tara Reade, who has accused Biden of sexually assaulting her in 1993 when she worked as a staff assistant to the then-senator, has said that she believes a workplace discrimination and harassment complaint she filed against Biden at the time may be in the records housed at the University of Delaware. Biden also admitted to communicating with Vladimir Putin and other foreign leaders when he was a United State Senator.”
This case remains in the court system for the time being. It is a developing story, which we will certainly keep an eye on.
