Kyiv invites UN and Red Cross to Ukraine-held parts of Russia's Kursk region
Ukraine has invited the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross to carry out humanitarian work in Russia's Kursk region following a cross-border Ukrainian offensive that Kyiv says has resulted in the capture of about 100 settlements. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said the request was "provocative".
