Incredible! Biden Takes Action… Not On Inflation, Immigration, Or The Deficit… But On This ‘Priority’

News Flash: It’s hot outside. It’s late July in North America, temperatures have been in the 90s in many places, and they have even touched 100° F in certain parts of the country. The heat has been unlike anything you’ve ever seen… if you’re three years old. If you’re sixty years old, depending on where you live, not only have you seen plenty of summers like this one, you’ve seen dozens of summers that were even hotter.

But that reality doesn’t fit the narrative that the Biden Administration is pushing. They want climate action, they want it now, and you ignorant moderates and conservatives don’t understand the urgency. As a result, Biden has now taken decisive action on addressing ‘climate change,’ and in doing so he has thumbed his nose at the American voter, saying essentially “To hell with you and your shortsighted priorities.”

According to USA Today:

“President Joe Biden… announce[d] Wednesday new executive actions to address climate change as his legislative agenda to combat the crisis faced a setback in Congress.

The actions come as Congress appears unlikely to move on climate change. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W. Va., last week told Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., that he will not support a reconciliation bill — a legislative maneuver that would let Democrats pass a bill without Republican support — that has provisions addressing energy and climate or raises taxes on the wealthiest Americans and corporations.”

What USA Today and the rest of the leftwing media are ignoring is the reason for Sen. Manchin’s resistance. Manchin, you see, is a senator from a dark red state: West Virginia. And for voters in West Virginia, Nebraska, Arkansas, and just about every other state in the country, the dreaded Sun Monster – aka Climate Change – is the least of their worries.

In West Virginia, and indeed in every other state in the country, Americans are fighting for their financial lives. A recession is looming if it’s not already here. Inflation is out of control and families are being forced to choose between putting food on their tables or buying new school clothes for their elementary school students getting ready to return to the classroom. Yet our president is bragging about lowering gasoline prices by thirty cents after he oversaw an unprecedented surge of over two dollars. Meanwhile, his “Climate Czar” flies around in a private jet pouring carbon into the atmosphere.

Biden’s executive order will pump even more money into green energy, specifically wind power. It will pour funds into various aspects of the FEMA bureaucracy. And the EO promises to be only the beginning, as Biden has signaled his openness to declare a “Climate Emergency.”

Therefore, is it any wonder that Americans are fed up with Biden’s tone deafness? According to a CNN poll, the economy is the top priority for voters by a wide margin. Other polls have shown that other issues such as immigration, national security, and personal freedoms far outweigh the climate. And therein lies the problem for Biden and the Democrats.

The Democrats’ radical base has entirely different priorities than the rest of the country. For most Americans, the economy and other tangible issues are at the tops of our lists. For Biden’s base, they’re focused on imaginary inequities, indoctrinating kids with immorality, and ensuring they don’t anger an obnoxious Swedish teenager who might shout, “How dare you!” if they don’t follow her lead.

According to The First Rule of Holes, ‘When you’re in one, stop digging.’ But Good Ole’ Joe Biden obviously missed that memo.

Biden’s approval ratings are about the same as herpes at the moment, and they continue to go even lower. Let’s forget about the wisdom and effectiveness of yesterday’s climate executive order by Biden, which are highly questionable, obviously, and let’s consider the political impact. If Americans thought Biden’s priorities were askew before, how do you think they’re feeling today? Perhaps the Biden Administration better get used to the chants of “Let’s Go Brandon.”
