Hawaii rolls out $150M fund for victims of deadly Maui wildfires, modeled after the 9/11 fund

Initial money is coming from the state, Maui County, Hawaiian Electric and Kamehameha Schools, all four of which have been named in lawsuits over the August wildfires.
